Don't forget to up your water intake a few days before your appointment. We recommend that you drink 64oz-80oz of water per day beginning AT LEAST A WEEK before your appointment. The clarity and quality of your photos GREATLY depends on this! It is also nice to eat something and/or drink something sweet directly before your appointment to ensure baby is awake and ready to move for good photos. Orange juice is a good option for this.

PS - You do NOT need to come in with a full bladder if you are over 12 weeks!
